**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Assist in cash flow management and monitor stock balance records.
- Conduct revenue and expenditure variance analysis.
- Support balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely closure of accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide support in coordinating external audits and resolving any audit findings.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial insights and assist with ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial requirements for projects.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial & accounting role, experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software, familiarity with SAP / Oracle / ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
