**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using stock management system.
- Ensure all stock movements are recorded promptly and correctly.
- Monitor daily stock movement for outlets to ensure sufficient stock level.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock planning and replenishment.
- Forecast outlets’ demand to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits and reconciliations for warehouse and outlets to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Implement and improve warehouse layout and storage practices for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of stock (FIFO/FEFO).
- Generate inventory and stock reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound logistics.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
- Optimize storage and distribution strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs and company policies.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staffs.
- Working location: Lokkawi

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

2. Minimum Degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

3. Minimum 2-5 years in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.

4. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.

5. Strong leadership and organizational skills.

6. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

7. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. High level of integrity and a commitment to driving operational excellence.

9. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

10. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
