1. Monitor stocks and consumption of stationaries and consumables stock level

2. Raise MSR and purchase stock accordingly

3. Source and acquire FA, office equipment or ICT equipment and software when necessary

4. Assist in maintain asset register and proper records control of access to ICT assets

5. Tag and label ICT and office equipment accordingly

Good Office Maintenance

1. Maintaining the cleanliness and all the good office
environment including ensuring that office areas
are in good order, clean, well maintained, properly

2. Ensure that all lightings, water tap and piping,
office equipment, furniture and fixtures such as
fax, photocopier, overhead projector, binding
machine, air-conditioner etc. are in good order and
functioning well.

Health, Safety and Security

1. Maintain proper security system via engagement of security surveillance services, key and lock maintenance system etc.

2. Ensure continuous provision of personal safety equipment, first aid kit, fire extinguishers etc.

3. Ensure that office premises and other assets are at all times securely locked, protected and free from fire hazards, pests etc.

4. Conduct quarterly Safety Audit

5. Prepare relevant compliance report to DOSH and other related external agencies

Guest and public relations, Corporate Social Responsibilities and entertainment

1. Coordinating logistics for company suppliers, customers and guest

2. Coordinating logistics for company events either internally or externally

3. Preparing meeting rooms and other logistics for meetings, events including overhead projectors, etc.

4. Assisting CSR activities and CSR culture among all employees

Perform General Office Administration

1. Ensure that refreshments, mineral water etc. replenished, refilled etc.

2. Handle incoming phone calls, directing phone calls to the related and relevant parties, taking message from callers and conveying it to the intended recipients etc.

3. Compile and analyse telephone records, courier services records and other records as and when required

ISO and TQM

Participate and implement appropriate systems, procedures and control

5S Maintenance

Effective maintenance of 5S in own area and group area

ESG Initiative and Compliance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
