We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible **Operations & E-Invoice Executive** to manage administrative paperwork, ID submissions, system order checking, and e-invoice processing. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth backend operations and documentation compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, verify, and organize customer documentation and identification.
- Cross-check and validate orders in the system to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and issue electronic invoices (e-invoices) based on approved orders.
- Ensure all documents and e-invoices comply with internal guidelines and government requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of physical and digital documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order or document discrepancies.
- Track the status of submissions and update relevant systems accordingly.
- Support the operations team with general administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience with invoicing systems or government e-invoicing platforms is an advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic system navigation.
- Good communication skills in [Bahasa Malaysia / English / Chinese — adjust as needed].

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
