**Job Summary**:
The **Operation Support (Hospitality - Hotel & Apartments) Officer** plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences in our Georgetown, Penang location. This position, open to both Junior and Senior levels, requires a proactive and organized individual with strong leadership and communication skills. The role involves managing the Housekeeping Team, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing inventory and maintenance, and handling various operational tasks. Senior officers will take on additional responsibilities, including budget management and leading weekly meetings.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and manage the Housekeeping Team to maintain high cleanliness standards.

2. Oversee inventory management, including stock counts and storeroom organization.

3. Coordinate with suppliers and handle procurement processes.

4. Work with the Handyman to resolve guest complaints and unit defects.

5. Assist with unit renovations and improvement plans as needed.

6. Create daily housekeeping assignments and brief the Maintenance Team.

7. Conduct site visits for spot checks and ensure unit upkeep.

8. Organize weekly meetings and submit regular reports.

9. Manage cost control and budgeting for the department.

10. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong planning and coordination skills to manage tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
- High efficiency in task execution.
- Minimum education requirement: SPM.
- Excellent customer service, with a responsible, independent, honest, and hardworking attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn on the job.
- Must have own transport (motorbike or car).

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
