**Sales Ops Analyst - Funnel Management (12 months)**
Budget **:Monthly RM3300 to RM6000**
Duration : Contract set at 12 months, option to renew
- Support Sales opportunity management including operation and business analysis.
- Monitor and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure efficiency in the sales process.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements to help move deals through the funnel more effectively.
- Provide actionable insights through regular reporting on funnel metrics, such as conversion rates, deal velocity, and sales performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, identify areas of improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize opportunity management and sales performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment on opportunity management, pipeline accuracy and sales goals.
- Support ad-hoc business analysis requests from superior.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in any field.
- 3-5 years in sales operation support or fields related to sales operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of Model N and SFDC.
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Fluent in English in both oral and written.
- Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
