**We’re Hiring: Sales Ops Analyst (Onsite, Penang)**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Sales Ops Analyst** to join our team in Penang If you enjoy working with data, processes, and supporting sales operations, this could be the right role for you.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Be the main contact for SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) setup and queries.
- Support Sales/FAE managers with goal setting and target validation.
- Manage opportunity swap requests in CRM tools (Model N, Bamboo, Mercury).
- Validate design-in opportunities and prepare reports for SIP payout.
- Run payout calculations, audits, and provide justifications when needed.
- Conduct training for new hires eligible for SIP.
- Collaborate with IT/vendors for system enhancements and UAT testing.
- Ensure smooth sales funnel management and compliance with business processes.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sales operations, data analysis, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and reports.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.
- Able to work onsite in Penang.
- Fresh graduates are welcome

**Salary**: Up to RM6,000/month
**Location**: Onsite, Penang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
