**Job description**
**Role Description**
- To assist Manager, Assistant Manager and Executive of Secretarial Department.
- To assist in proper and timely filing of the Clients’ statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
- To assist in ensuring that the Clients’ statutory records / registers are properly kept and updated.
- To assist in arrangement for signatures on resolutions / documents (including follow-up and filling of the same)
- To assist in Organizing Board / Committee Meetings and General Meetings, as well as preparation of agenda papers / meeting files for these meetings
- To support the Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager in a wide range of company secretary functions and related statutory requirements.
- To assists in any others secretarial matters and enquiries.
- Reporting to Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager on jobs received, processed and completed, as well as CPI report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
- To achieve the KPI & CPI monthly and yearly target established by the management.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to work independently and highly adaptable with a good attitude
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, fresh grad are welcome to apply.
- Detailed oriented person
- Familiar with Secretary 2000 software, MyCoID, e-BOS and MBRS, will be an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
