We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Company Secretary.
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016
- Experience in preparing and submitting annual returns
- Familiar with MBRS, MyCoid, Ezbiz,SSM4u, Stamping(LHDN) and other work related to Companies Act 2016
- Well-presented, with a pleasant and professional personality
- Able to advise client pertaining company incorporation procedure and requirement.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in Secretarial field.
- Preparing resolution, minutes, updating statutory file and record.
- Fluent in English and Malay, proficient in other language is preferred.
- Can assist Secretary in all aspect of Secretarial duties.
