  • Patient Registration & Admission:

  • Manage patient registration and admission processes.- Ensure accurate data entry and verification of patient details and insurance coverage.

  • Billing & Invoicing:

  • Prepare and issue accurate inpatient and outpatient bills.- Ensure all charges (doctor's fees, medications, procedures, room charges) are captured.-

  • Insurance & Guarantee Letter:-

  • Liaise with insurance companies or third-party administrators (TPAs) for guarantee letters.

  • Verify insurance coverage and follow up on claims submission and payments.

  • Payment Processing & Collection:-

  • Handle cash, card, online, and insurance payments.

  • Reconcile daily collections and submit reports to the Finance department.
  • Assist in debt collection or outstanding bill follow-ups

  • Customer Service & Front Desk

  • Attend to patient and family inquiries regarding billing, insurance, and admissions.

  • Provide clear explanations and maintain professional communication.

  • Administrative Reporting.

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

  • Support audits, internal reviews, and management reporting.

  • Compliance & record Management.

  • Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, regulatory guidelines (e.g., Ministry of Health),and data privacy standards.

  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (manual or electronic).

  • Team Coordination.

  • Work closely with clinical, nursing, finance, and customer service departments.

  • Support management in improving workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or SPM holder.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS), billing software, and insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
