We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Project Manager** with a proven track record in managing digital projects and a strong background in **React Native** to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative mobile and web-based digital projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and execution of digital projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Oversee **React Native** development teams to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery of mobile apps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize project tasks, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure all digital projects are completed in alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
- Facilitate agile development processes, ensuring the team follows best practices and meets sprint goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

**Key Requirements**:

- 7-8 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years working with **React Native** and leading digital projects.
- Proven experience managing **digital projects** involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
