- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent **Chinese** communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required.
