The Role:
- Responsible to lead and oversees the whole recruitment activities in Entegris Business Services Center. This includes interaction with the Management, both HR and the operations or business units in a strategic as well as tactical manner.
- Facilitates and drives recruiting process with hiring manager (interview and selection) for a wide range of positions.
- Oversees the whole recruitment activities for all positions and immigration matters for expatriate.
In this role you will:
- Consults and collaborates with hiring managers to create, implement, and lead recruiting plans and strategies.
- Maintains open communication with the hiring managers in determining recruiting needs.
- Consistently evaluates current and new sourcing opportunities. Develop innovating sourcing solutions.
- Develops and maintains and effective recruitment network (e.g. job fair recruiting, conference or meeting attendance, interactive / online networking and relationships with agencies and vendors)
- Produces requested information for monthly reports as needed.
- Prepare and submit all immigration documents for expatriate employment pass.
- Getting ready lodging and transportation for expatriates staying for more than 6 months.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep work area clean of debris.
- Ensure highest possible product quality and adherence to Entegris's Quality System, ISO and/or other.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources specifically in recruitment experience.
- Well versed with Labor regulations and other government / immigration rules and procedures, communication and computer.
- Good in communication and interpersonal skill
- Leadership and Management skill
- Competence in the personal effectiveness.
