Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia KOOBITS LEARNING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job responsibilities**:

- Handle pre-sales enquiries and support marketing/retention campaigns (English & Cantonese).
- Handle regular B2C account coordination such as creation, servicing, upgrade or dispute.
- Assist with translation of Customer Support messages from English to Cantonese.
- Assist in adding FAQs in Cantonese on the Support Page and Chatbot.
- Recording customers’ feedback & common questions asked.
- Other ad-hoc support tasks when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma from an accredited tertiary institution in Customer Service/Business.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support/service role.
- Work 6-8 hours a day (5.5 days a week).
- Proficient in English & Cantonese (Spoken and Written).
- High customer and service orientation.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and keep up in a fast-paced working environment.
- Experience with ticketing platform & live chat will be a plus.
- Flexible to work on weekends according to the team’s schedule.
