Property Administrator

**Job Summary**
Administrator for Real Estate and Property Acquisitions department to support administration task in supporting business expansion work procedure.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide administrative support to department and liaise with other internal departments.
- To assist in compiling information on new shop proposal for Management Approval.
- To liaise with the landlord, authorities and consultants including tenancy arrangement and business licenses submission and approval.
- To maintain spreadsheets, filing and archiving for department related documents.
- To maintain and manage record and database for all rented properties for all business group related.
**Key Requirements**
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Land Administration and Development, Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in property management, or related fields. Experience in the automotive, retail, or service-oriented industries is a plus.
- **Ability to start immediately** would be an advantage.
- Work independently, positive working attitude, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing personality.
- Knowledge of property laws, leasing regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with lease management software is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
