Internship - Admin/Account/Property Management

Assist senior on the operations, administration and finance.
Responsible for handling and maintaining proper office document records.
Liaise with a service providers, local authority and other stakeholders.
Generate Receipts, Bills and Invoices.
Preparing Bank Reconciliations.
Sending reminders to defaulters.
Managing short-term cash investments.
Responsible for general office administration.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Property Management/ any relevant background.
Based in Shah Alam.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM RM900.00 per month
