Job Descriptions:

  • Managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Overseeing payroll processing and employee benefits administration
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Managing office operations, including overseeing administrative staff, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors

Requirements:

  • Mininum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3 years of experiences in related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software programs
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2, RM3,400.00 per month
