Technical Presales Consultant

**Job Duties**
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to design and present technical solutions across platforms such as **OutSystems**, **Microsoft technologies**, and other enterprise systems.
- Lead the creation of **GenAI proof-of-concepts (POCs)**, showcasing capabilities in **AI**, **LLMs**, and intelligent automation as part of the presales process.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs, ensuring alignment with client goals and platform capabilities.
- Develop prototypes, demos, and technical presentations to illustrate solution feasibility and value.
- Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from a presales perspective, including architecture validation, integration planning, and technical documentation.
- Engage in client workshops and technical discussions to address solution fit, performance, and extensibility.
- Document solution features, infrastructure requirements, and technical specifications for presales engagements.
- Ensure timely delivery of presales assets and contribute to proposals with high-quality technical inputs.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to enterprise architecture discussions.
- Adapt to ad-hoc technical requests and collaborate across teams to meet dynamic client needs.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft development tools** (e.g., Visual Studio,.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET) and experience with platforms like **OutSystems**, **PowerApps**, and **SharePoint**.
- Experience in **AI/ML**, including familiarity with **Large Language Models (LLMs)**, GenAI frameworks, and prompt engineering.
- Ability to design and deliver GenAI POCs tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Experience in database design and management using SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Ability to manage multiple presales engagements and deliver within tight timelines.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to solution architecture discussions.
- Adaptability to handle dynamic client requirements and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
