Job Role

Perform a variety of administrative tasks including assisting with special projects; designing complex documentation, reports, presentations; and as a liaison with authorities and external parties.

**Responsibility**:

- Manage day to day tasks of the Managing Director
- Coordinate and participating in meetings, take minutes and preparing reports.
- Preparation of documentation and presentation of proposals
- Handling all secretaries tasks and administrative works
- Work closely with the Operating Head of Departments to achieve greater operation efficiency and to facilitate effective communication
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

**Requirement**:

- Proficient in Mandarin and English is priority
- Mature with good initiatives, trustworthy, self-motivated team player with the ability to maintain high confidentiality and excellent planning and organization skills to prioritize work and detail-oriented with an analytical mind and follow-up with deadlines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
