Finance & Administrative Clerk

The Finance Clerk, under supervision, is responsible for performing a wide range of financial duties. These duties include bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and clerical support in general office settings.
- Coordinate with the Labuan Insurance Manager on policy issuance, endorsements, and billing.
- Maintain and update policy and claim records.
- Assist in reporting to the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA).
- Maintain customer and vendor information and files.
- Perform other financial activities as required.
- Compute bills, charges, and financial transactions.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Understanding of relevant financial legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Must be willing to be based in the Federal Territory of Labuan.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
