Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage company documents such as Quotation, Invoice, Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) and other administrative files.
- Update and maintain daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Organise and manage filing systems, customer data, and company records.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and assist with coordination tasks.
- Ensure all documents, records, and office systems are well-organised and up to date.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work within deadlines.
- Positive attitude and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in administrative work is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,200 (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
