**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT**:

- Manage the CMO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for documents, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate marketing team meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Manage office supplies and handle general office duties (e.g., photocopying, scanning).

**2. PERSONAL ASSISTANCE**:

- Assist the CMO with personal tasks such as managing personal schedules, travel, and appointments.
- Ensure that all personal administrative matters are handled efficiently and promptly.
- Handle any ad hoc requests from the CMO, providing personal support as needed.

**3. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS**:

- Organize detailed itineraries for both business and personal trips, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Process travel expense claims and reimbursement forms.

**4. EVENT COORDINATION**:

- Assist in planning and organizing internal and external marketing events.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments for event preparation and execution.
- Manage guest lists, send out invitations, and track responses for events.

**5. COMMUNICATION & CORRESPONDENCE**:

- Serve as a liaison between the CMO and other internal departments, external clients, and partners.
- Draft, proofread, and send official correspondence on behalf of the CMO.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication for the CMO.

**6. PROJECT COORDINATION**:

- Help the CMO in tracking and monitoring marketing projects, ensuring timelines are met.
- Assist in organizing team initiatives and department projects.
- Follow up on key deliverables and action items from meetings.

**7. CONFIDENTIALITY & DISCRETION**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain professionalism in all aspects of the role, respecting privacy and confidentiality.

**REQUIREMENTS**
**- EDUCATION**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
**- EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives.
**- SKILLS**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Full-time position with occasional overtime based on project deadlines and CMO's schedule.
- The role may require occasional travel, depending on the CMO's needs.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
