**Requirements**:

- PC literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills including written and spoken English
- Finance, Accounting, Human Resource background is an added advantage
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, ability to multi-tasking, proactive and independent
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
- Mature and patience in handling various situations

**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist Director in the day to day operations.
- To perform duties with utmost discretion, professional, proactive and efficient
- Organizing and maintaining schedule and making appointments, arranging travel and accommodation
- Draft, vet and perusing legal letters, agreement and documentations related to the business of the company.
- Dissemination of information and communication on behalf of CEO to employees
- Answering HR queries from employees, serving as a point person for all new employee questions, orienting new employees to the organization,
- Maintaining current HR files and databases, updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Assist in performance reviews process, action on disciplinary issues and other HR Admin related matters

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
