The Human Resources Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for an organization or company. These executives sit at the top of the HR department and take the lead when it comes to all human resources matters and functions. HR Executives must educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives. Additionally, HR Executive responsibilities include directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs. Human Resource Executives may also work with the CEO to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must as a Human Resources Executive.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
- Direct all hiring, interview process and training procedures for new employees
- Continually educate employees of company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.)
- Prepare correspondence letters for new appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer etc.
- Manage timely on remittance of all statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Income Tax Schedule Payments and / or any other related salary deductions to the relevant authorities.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- **Requirements**:_
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (both speaking & written)
- **At least 4+ Years** of management experience in HR.
- A proven person with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expert in stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Putra Heights, Subang Jaya (10-mins by walking to Putra Heights LRT Station).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
