**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and support to ensure a positive workplace experience.
- Support the design and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Facilitate conflict resolution processes and assist in managing disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by implementing effective communication and relationship-building practices.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and provide actionable insights to enhance employee retention strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software systems.
