- Represent the university during labor-related negotiations, hearings, or mediations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial regulations, and collective bargaining practices, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including academic staff, administrative personnel, and unions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR management systems.
