The opportunity- Ensure standard requirements and information given by business on new contract review matter is verified and up to the defined standard. Send back for correction and coach the business on how to complete the tasks necessary.- Allocating legal/contract matters to GF legal & managing LCR approvals including escalations to GF and other Toll senior management as per the GF Delegations of Authority (DOA) Matrix- Administration of contracts through to execution, identifying the authorised signatory/director(s) to sign per jurisdiction in line with the DOA signing authorities- Initiate own efforts to quickly overcome problems to meet urgent requirements, deadlines, and special requests. These may involve business unit stakeholders, other group functions and escalations with GF and Toll senior management structure.- .Responsible to plan own workload and work within a high functioning team to coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure the effective processing of GF claims and contracts on daily basis.- Manage Toll Group’s loss/damage claims globally.

What you’ll need to succeed- Minimum with Diploma in any related field or equivalent.- Need to have experience in international freight forwarding and/ or claims management experience.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Meticulous and able to work under tight deadline.- Advanced proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio (preferred).- Read, write and speak English & Mandarin fluently.
