This role will support Toll’s sanctions compliance framework in relation to denied party screening and compliance monitoring and assurance activities

**Job Description**:

- Responsible to plan own workload and work within a high functioning team to coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure the effective processing of IT and non-IT Procurement commercial requirements on a daily basis
- Ensure standard requirements and information given by business on new legal/contract review matters comply with the defined standard. Send back to the business for correction and coach the business on how to complete the tasks necessary.
- Managing LCR/ERF/EODB approvals including obtaining approvals from Procurement (both IT and non-IT) and other Toll senior management in accordance with Toll’s unified Delegations of Authority (uDOA) Matrix
- Administration of contracts through to execution, including identifying the authorised signatory/director(s) to sign per jurisdiction in line with the uDOA signing authorities and submitting relevant documents for electronic execution using Toll systems.
- Ensure standard requirements and information given by business on new capex/lease review matters comply with the defined standard. Send back to the business for correction and coach the business on how to complete the tasks necessary.
- Managing LCR/ERF/EODB approvals including obtaining approvals from Procurement and other parts of the business or Toll senior management in accordance with the unified Delegations of Authority (uDOA) Matrix

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum with Diploma in any related field or equivalent
- Need to have experience in international freight forwarding and/ or claims management experience
- Strong computer literacy including Excel and Word, exceptional attention to detail and time management ability
- Strong written and spoken English language skills (other languages beneficial)
- CW1 experience (preferred)
- Critical analytical thinker / problem solver approach and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of risk management
