**Position**: Admin & Billing Supervisor

**Job Type**: Full-time | Permanent | 6-month Contract

**Key Responsibilities**① Administration
- Manage general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Prepare **Purchase Requisitions (PR)** and **Purchase Orders (PO)**, and follow up on issuance and job completion with vendors.
- Coordinate documentation for internal and external audits.
- Arrange driver schedules and transport documentation between PTP and POIC.
- Maintain office operations, manage supplies, and handle internal inquiries.
- Process and follow up on staff claims until payment is received.
- Track and follow up on vendor invoices (e.g., Pure Water, Rentokil, Palm Resort).
- Keep accurate and updated records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor order status and maintain vendor communication.

② Billing
- Perform billing tasks, including invoice processing and daily entry for **PTP** and transporter invoices.
- Accurately input monthly billing data into the **KEF** system.
- Follow up on PTP-related invoices (warehouse rental, utilities, equipment, manpower supply, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy in all billing entries and system updates.
- Handle documentation for export/import (FCL, LCL, DHL) including data entry, scanning, and filing.
- Generate and send invoices to relevant stakeholders (e.g., Sankyu East Coast, Sankyu Port Klang).

③ Other Duties
- Participate in company safety activities (daily KY, weekly RLFI).
- Assist with monthly stock takes.
- Support company audits, events, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in administration and billing functions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with procurement and invoicing systems (e.g., KEF).
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
- Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of logistics operations is an advantage.

**Salary & Benefits**

**Pay**: RM2,300 - RM2,600/month

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
