- Understands daily, weekly and overall work program. Assist Project Engineer and Manager in day-to-day project activities to meet work program targets
- be it micro schedule or overall schedule.
- To make morning calls to sub-contractors daily, ensuring the attendance of all subcontractors. Raise issues to project engineer and/or manager if any issue arises.
- To ensure all permits or required documents are available and maintained.
- Plan necessary equipment, tools, material and deliveries required for all project activities.
- Record the items taken from office store and ensure the items are taken care of during construction. Return the items to store in original condition. Report to manager, project assistant or purchasing department if any items required repair or inspection.
- Report to Project Engineer or Manager if any tool, material and equipment is required or not necessary for site. Control and minimize wastage whenever possible.
- Plan and supervise all site material and equipment deliveries. Ensure all material and equipment are stored at appropriate area(s), with adequate protection from damage and theft.
- Update planned site work daily to Project Engineer or Manager.
- Understands construction drawings and record daily progress on the drawings as planned with Project Engineer or Manager.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
