**Position Overview**

Building great relationships by being a proactive, responsive, strategic resource. Being knowledgeable in partners' product, company, and industry.
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.
- Build and manage key partnerships, develop additional initiatives to deepen engagement and grow revenue, content and/or brand results.
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Represent CUCKOO on relevant platforms (e.g. events, conferences, media) towards existing and potential partners of tech eco-system.
- Plan, conceptualize and execute promotional/marketing campaigns while collaborating with partners.
- Track and analyze key partner performance against goals, highlight growth opportunities and facilitate solutions with partners and internal teams to continually optimize partnership-driven campaigns.
- Manage contract revisions in English with the support of the legal team.

**Job Requirements**
- Academic Education: Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business & Marketing
- Excellent language proficiency
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
- Prior experience in startup, VC and/or company building context, as well as partnership/business development/project management, is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Flexible & manage to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
- Building and maintaining relationships both internal and external.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
