**FACILITIES TECHNICIAN**

SKOP KERJA
- Melakukan rutin pemeriksaan pada peralatan dan fasiliti untuk mengenal pasti masalah.
- Melakukan pembaikan eletrik dan penyelenggaran.
- Melakukan pembaikan paip dan penyelenggaran.
- Melakukan pembaikan HVAC dan penyelenggaran.
- Melakukan kerja kerja penambah baikan pada bangunan dan peralatan.
- Memastikan peralatan dan fasiliti dalam keadaan baik mengikut Peraturan Keselamatan.
- Memastikan rekod rekod pembaikan di kemas kini.
- Membantu ahli fasiliti lain dalam kerja kerja pembaikan.

KELAYAKAN KERJA
- Calon mesti memperoleh sekurang-kurangnya SKM/ Diploma dalam Kejuteraan Mekanikal/ Pembuatan atau selari dengannya.
- Lebih dari 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang _service & maintenance_ bangunan.
- Boleh berkomunikasi dan menulis dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.
- Boleh mengira dan mengetahui basic komputer.
- Boleh bekerja dengan pelbagai jenis pekerja. (Senior, Junior, local & pekerja asing)
- Boleh bekerja dalam kumpulan.

ELAUN & FAEDAH
- Elaun Kedatangan - sebulan RM 100
- Elaun Shift - sehari (siang RM 2.80, malam RM 5.50)
- Elaun Shift sekiranya OT - sehari (siang RM 3.50, malam RM 7.00)
- Elaun OT (mengikut kadar piawaian Akta Kerja 1955)
- Elaun Makanan - sehari (OT atas 2jam = RM 4.00)
- Elaun Makanan - sehari (OT atas 4jam = RM 8.00)
- Elaun Dobi - sehari (RM 1.00)
- Subsidi Makanan - sehari (RM 3.50)
- Medical seperti Klinik, Hospital & Pergigian ditanggung mengikut _entitlement (termasuk isteri dan anak)_
- Uniform & PPE disediakan setiap tahun
- Caruman EPF & SOCSO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
