Job Responsibilities:
1. Rotational Program: Participate in structured rotations across various departments such as HR, Admin, Store, & E-Commerce to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
2. Learning & Development: Attend training sessions and leadership programs to enhance technical and managerial skills.
3. Project Management: Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes.
4. Performance Analysis: Learn to analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. Mentorship: Work closely with senior leaders and mentors who will provide guidance and feedback on your progress.
6. Goal Achievement: Take ownership of tasks and deliver results aligned with business goals and objectives.
7. Progress Assessment: Regularly participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure continuous growth and development.
Job Requirements:
1. A minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operation or a related field.
2. Recent graduate or up to 3 years of work experience.
3. Strong leadership potential, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
5. Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive mindset.
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
