Are you a dynamic individual with a flair for creativity and a passion for marketing? We seek a motivated Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive brand awareness and engagement through innovative marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Campaign Management**:

- Conceptualize, execute, and oversee various events to broaden our reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement imaginative campaigns that effectively convey our brand message and captivate our target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and offer insights for optimization.

**2. Outdoor Event Organization**:

- Plan and coordinate outdoor exhibitions and events to directly engage with customers and enhance brand visibility in external environments.
- Liaise directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that events align with brand values and objectives.
- Execute outdoor marketing activities that build brand awareness and enhance product image outside traditional marketing channels.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Manage content, imagery, and pertinent details across our website and all social media channels.
- Coordinate the production process of marketing materials from inception to deployment.

**4. KOL/Influencer Management**:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key influencers, spanning media, editors, bloggers, and influencers.
- Propose innovative campaign concepts to heighten awareness and drive revenue through strategic media collaborations.
- Collaborate with influencers to produce captivating content aligned with our brand ethos and target demographic.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated creativity with a penchant for devising unconventional marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and adeptness with content management systems.
