**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of recruitment As a **Talent Acquisition Intern**, you'll be supporting the team in building a stronger, smarter, and more awesome team. Here’s a peek into your adventure:

- Support hiring managers by understanding hiring needs and helping with job posting and promotion.
- Learn how to conduct reference checks and assist in background screening processes.
- Brainstorm ideas and help improve the recruitment and onboarding journey.
- Support onboarding activities and make new hires feel like part of the family.
- Assist in organizing new hire orientation sessions.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth onboarding logistics.
- Monitor new hire check-ins and gather feedback to enhance our process.
- Be part of initiatives to boost our employer branding on LinkedIn and beyond.
- Draft and edit fun, attractive job ads and social media content.
- Help keep our careers page and recruitment platforms up-to-date.
- Join us in planning employee engagement activities and recruitment events (job fairs, campus visits, etc.).

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Eager to learn and explore the exciting world of recruitment and HR.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- Organized and detail-oriented — you like keeping things on track.
- Discreet and respectful of confidential information.
- A team player with a positive attitude and lots of initiative.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
