**Main Function**:

- Allocate the appropriate merchandise mix (STA) for each boutique to achieve projected sales, GP%, and stock turnover according to the company’s OTB vs. Sales manual.
- Generate data to facilitate quick repeat orders and maximize sales.
- Recommend, coordinate, control, and oversee inventory levels/movements to meet the company’s annual targets.
- Update and monitor the monthly and yearly purchase plan versus actual stock, submitting and reviewing with the Head of Department.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Selects relevant items for store stocking based on:

- Historical data and market trends
- Sales and stock performance of items
- Selling period of items
- MOI/DOI (Month of Inventory/Day of Inventory)
- Dollar per square foot

Analyzes sales performance reports to:

- Reference upcoming seasons
- Adjust stock standards or initiate stock transfers
- Control stock movements according to schedule
- Recommend price reductions or promotions for slow-moving items
- Propose sales actions, re-grouping, and pricing for clearance items

Manages seasonal buying based on approved OTB.

Frequently visits boutiques to assess merchandise as planned.

Maintains weekly communication with the Sales Team to determine the appropriate volume of repeat orders.

Coordinates with the supply chain to ensure production lead times and shipping schedules meet the planned launch dates.

Plans stock arrangement for new boutique/counter openings or fairs based on product range and forecasted ATV, AUP, UPT, and targeted GP%.

Involves in product training for the sales team and supports visual merchandising during new launches or special promotions.

**Job Qualification**:

- Must be ADVANCED in Microsoft Excel
- 2-3 years experience in FASHION RETAIL ONLY
- Diploma / Degree in related field
- Must have experience in SALES ANALYST / SALES FORECAST / STOCK ANALYST

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
