Job Description

Site Base Planner

Develop the construction baseline program.Organize and monitor site activities and update the work programs accordingly.Prepare method statement and liaise with the project team and consultants on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirements.Study, highlight and provide mitigation measures on delayed/ critical activities and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications.Track progress and prepare monthly reports according to schedule.Ensure efficient allocation of resources and all works are carried out based on the approved program.Prepare and submit EOT application.

Requirement

Possess a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.Minimum 4-5 years planning experience with Primavera 6/ MSP.Site experience in project coordination is an advantage.Strong analytical skills, meticulous and excellent presentation skill.Proficient in English language. Summary
