- Working Days : Monday ~ Friday, 8am to 5pm & Saturday, 8am to 1pm

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for day to day sales administrative documentation & activities including order receiving, order inquiry, invoices submission and etc
- Coordination on sales forecast pick up, compilation and distribution
- Attend to customers for all sales related matter such as quotation, sales processing, invoice, payment collections and etc
- Attend to customers and ascertains each customer's needs
- Proper recording & monthly reporting and other related ad hoc report
- Responsible for any assigned sales administrative job
- To assist in any other task as and when required by management
