**HR & Admin Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide general administrative support
- Update staff attendance record
- Coordinate and issue DO, PO and invoice
- Maintain filing system and assuring accurate document filing for easy access & retrieval
- Coordinating workflow and maintaining a productive work environment
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
- Order office supplies
- Office administration
- Hostel and company vehicle management
- Handling phone calls and correspondences
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any field
- Possess at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Proficient in spoken Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skill
- **Must possess own transport**:
- **Must be able to work on Saturday alternative**
