- Handle customer inquiries through the official website's live chat channel.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and issues.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues for follow-up and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to offer the best support to customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team for swift resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written communication skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
