Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
*Support document preparation, formatting, and distribution.
*Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
*Maintain and update records, databases, and office inventories.
*Liaise with internal departments to provide administrative support.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available to work in Bayan Lepas
