**The Company**

Our client is an American supply chain solutions leader who provides airfreight, ocean freight and contract logistics solutions for more than 120 locations globally. They support the aerospace, automotive, consumer retail, energy, hi-tech, industrial and many other industries.

Reporting to the Global Account Management Senior Director, the Regional Account Operations Manager will manage client operations, ensure quality service, profitability, and regulatory compliance, and conduct reviews of budgets and contracts.

**The Regional Account Operations Manager will be responsible to**:

- Lead and direct operations to meet client standards.
- Maximize profitability through effective communication, service, and follow-up on pending matters.
- Plan and monitor staffing schedules to support operational demands and business objectives.
- Manage department finances and ensure billing accuracy.
- Manage revenue and expenses within budget constraints.
- Train and motivate employees to increase performance and growth.
- Monitor and analyze on-time delivery and KPIs.
- Coordinate internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and update SOP.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs by related APAC stations’ operations/customer service staff.
- Manage forecasts, exception management, and external coordination with divisional leads and plants.
- Set and adjust pre-booking with ocean carriers based on forecast.
- Troubleshoot EDI issues and escalate the matter to the product team.

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelors’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Operations Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred.
- Experience in CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented, multitasker, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
