**Position: Sales Executive - Logistics**
**Location**: Shah Alam
**Responsibilities**:
- **New Business Acquisition**: Prospect and reach out to potential clients in the logistics industry. Present our comprehensive logistics services and solutions to showcase our capabilities and value.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their logistics needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Set ambitious sales targets and work towards exceeding them. Develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Utilize market intelligence to position our logistics services competitively.
- **Sales Presentations**: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals. Communicate our unique selling points and benefits to potential clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations with clients and work collaboratively to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure timely and successful contract closures.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support. Foster long-term partnerships with clients and maximize client retention.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services and deliver outstanding client experiences.
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Must have experience in freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets.
