The Administrative Executive will handle various tasks, such as scheduling meetings (when needed), managing communications, coordinating office operations, and supporting team members in administrative matters.

**Responsibilities**:
Generate invoices and delivery orders to customers.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Coordinate and manage office operations, procedures, and resources to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance, liaising with service providers as needed.

Ensure all stocks goes out to customers on time.

Maintain and update office files, records, and documents, both digital and physical.

Assist with document organization, filing, and archiving for easy retrieval.

Assist in planning, executing, and following up on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Follow-up on payments with customers.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in document management and scheduling.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to handle issues proactively and independently.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
