**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Strategy & Development**:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to expand the company’s reach.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive strategic decision-making and positioning.
- **Sales & Financial Management**:

- Prepare annual sales projections, budgeting, and financial models to support business planning.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Review and evaluate financial performance, providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
- **Project Management & Operations**:

- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of high-impact projects and business initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Track project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of results.
- **Corporate Finance & Business Planning**:

- Support corporate finance activities such as fundraising, investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop cash flow projections, revenue forecasts, and financial plans to guide long-term business strategies.
- Provide financial summaries, business cases, and presentations to the Director and senior management.
- **Human Resources & Team Management**:

- Collaborate with HR on strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management.
- Implement employee development programs to build a high-performing business development team.
- Support HR in aligning employee performance with business goals and identifying training needs.
- **Stakeholder Management & Reporting**:

- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, as well as external stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Prepare and present reports, project updates, and board meeting materials to the Director.
- Follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- **Process Improvement & Innovation**:

- Continuously evaluate existing business processes and suggest improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Introduce innovative business models and go-to-market strategies to enhance company performance.

**Additional Job Scope**:

- Lead initiatives for business expansion, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Assist in identifying and managing business risks and opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for new product or service development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA, CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development, senior sales roles, project management, or similar roles such as Director of Sales, Project Manager, or Corporate Strategy Manager.
- Strong experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, and business planning.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare sales projections, develop budgeting strategies, and manage corporate financial activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience in guiding cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in corporate finance activities such as fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, or joint ventures.
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices, including strategic workforce planning, performance management, and recruitment.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
