**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Business Development Executive** with strong initiative and passion for business growth and leadership. You’ll play a dual role — overseeing **sales performance across multiple MyPro PHYSIO outlets** and working closely with the founders to **expand our corporate partnerships and service offerings**.

This role combines strategic thinking, sales management, and hands-on execution — ideal for someone who’s ready to make a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Outlet Performance**
- Monitor and drive monthly sales targets for each outlet
- Support physiotherapists & clinic teams in improving service uptake and conversions
- Analyse sales reports, provide guidance, and help improve team performance
- Coordinate with Admin/Sales team to ensure lead closure

**Business Growth & Corporate Development**
- Identify new business opportunities (corporate, panels, events, etc.)
- Pitch, negotiate, and close collaborations or referral deals
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Work closely with founders to drive expansion plans and brand development

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in **business development**, **sales**, or **healthcare industry**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with numbers, targets, and sales strategy
- Ability to multitask across outlets and corporate projects
- Passion for healthcare, wellness, and helping others grow
