**About the role**

TNO Project Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Monitoring the work of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality control measures
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, material usage, and safety incidents
- Providing regular progress reports to the management team and clients
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
- Thorough understanding of construction practices, methods, and safety regulations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed
- Position is open to Malaysian citizens only.
