We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Packaging Development Specialist** who thrives on turning ideas into packaging that tells a story and stands out on the shelf. You’ll be responsible for developing innovative, sustainable, and brand-aligned packaging solutions that elevate user experience while meeting production and cost efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and develop packaging—including structure, materials, and visual elements.
- Craft packaging that reflects brand identity and speaks to current market trends and consumer preferences.
- Research industry best practices, materials, and competitor designs to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Select suitable materials that balance visual appeal, sustainability, durability, and practicality.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing process, refining designs to meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure packaging designs comply with printing techniques, production standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand packaging across different product lines.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Possess diploma in any related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in packaging design (FMCG, retail, or premium goods preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong eye for detail, creative problem-solving, and conceptual thinking
- Effective communicator and team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience with premium or gift set packaging
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and design trends
- A portfolio showcasing both creative and practical design

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
