NDS want to cultivate an environment that is friendly and easy for the students to learn that will lead them to be proactive. During their studies, the student will face many problems that may halt their progress. For example, delayed learning, friendship problems, agitation etc. These problems can be divided into those that can be addressed in advance and those that cannot. We hope to be a school that creates a system that can anticipate and deal with all sorts of problems. As for problems that inevitably occur, it is important to solve the problems in a timely manner. Then, those problems will need to be analyzed, solved and continuous improvements are to be made in order to build a better environment for students to study. Job Responsibilities '¢ Conduct individual and group counselling sessions '¢ Setting up the foundation of the counseling system '¢ Preparing documents and materials needed for counselling sections '¢ Develop counselling programmes '¢ Implementation of preventive measures before problems occur (for example: events and seminars) '¢ Cooperating with external counselling facilities '¢ Compile students' counselling documents and records '¢ Assist students with career and academic development Counselor's Requirements '¢ Certified as a counsellor by LKM-Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia/Malaysian Board of Counsellors and still holds the license '¢ Diploma/Degree holder on related field with minimum 3 years experience '¢ Able to communicate well, has patience with others and the ability to handle students' cases in the most efficient way '¢ Able to set up counselling system from scratch
