**Job Summary**

As a **Product Manager - Networking / CCTV**, you will play a crucial role in managing and promoting networking and CCTV products. You will work closely with resellers, vendors, and sales teams to achieve product sales targets and drive market growth. This position requires strong technical knowledge, strategic planning, and excellent relationship management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with resellers, vendors, and sales teams to enhance product promotion and collaboration.
- Take full responsibility for achieving quarterly and annual product sales targets.
- Plan and execute new product launches, promotional campaigns, and manage stock inventory efficiently.
- Organize and conduct online and offline product training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including monthly sales performance and annual sales forecasts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on product status, updates, and sales performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities to refine product positioning.
- Develop product and solution training materials in alignment with the company’s product strategies.
- Lead training sessions to educate partners and internal teams on networking and CCTV products.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- **Experience**: Strong background in WAN & LAN networking products such as Switches, Wireless Access Points, Routers, and other networking-related devices.
- **Technical Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of Business Network Systems including GPON, Gateway, Switches, AP, and IP CCTV.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to extract data from multiple sources and perform complex analyses to drive business decisions.
- **Communication & Influence**: Strong capability to communicate with and influence customers, including technical alignment, clarification, and negotiation.
- **Market Awareness**: Experience in analyzing industry trends and competitor activities to enhance product offerings.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary Range**: RM 8,000 to RM 12,000
